Adverse Action and CS-201
When an IM-31A is generated for a CS-201, the case will not be without pending evidence verifications; MEDES will generate the IM-80 and IM-33C. However, On the expiration of the 31A the system will take action by discarding the IM80, 33C, and EEE as there is no Pending Evidence to close the case.
