Application Hand Offs

 

  • Breast or Cervical Cancer Treatment Medical Assistance Program (BCCT) Applications and Information Relating to this Program

 

 

  • Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center (DATC)
    • NOTE: MAGI Applications are processed by all general trained staff BPTs, and not sent to this handoff.
    • Mail received for living arrangement code of DA/GH or in 019 load 708 should be scanned to Cass.CoDFS@dss.mo.gov
    • Do not scan to the ECM as case documents will be scanned after processing.

 

 

 

  • HIPP
    • Applications for Health Insurance Premium Payments need to be sent to be processed directly by MO HealthNet Division.
      • You do not register the application.
      • Print the application using PDF creator.
      • Email the form and any applicable verifications received and scanned with the form to MHD.HIPP@dss.mo.gov
      • Index the application as normal (clicking complete once finished)

 

 

  • Low Income Heat and Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

 

 

  • Inmate/DOC
    • Refer to MEDES Application with Incarceration Evidence.
    • If the application has been submitted which indicates that the participant is currently incarcerated, or the application is being submitted as a part of a pre-release (expected to be released within 90 days) program:
      • Register and process the application the same as you would any other application.
      • After you approve individual who is incarcerated, complete an IM-150 Suspending Incarcerated Participants form with the information that you know and email the IM-150 to the address listed on the form to suspend coverage.
        • This step is what notifies the specialized unit that a suspension needs to be entered or incarceration needs to be verified.
        • Any incarceration information or release information received as a document must be sent as an email attachment.
      • Send questions or additional information regarding suspended participants to FSD.suspendedDOC@dss.mo.gov and they will be forwarded to the appropriate specialized unit.
      • For information received over the phone, complete and send an IM-150 Suspending MO HealthNet Participants Form or an IM-152 Reporting Release of MO HealthNet Participant.

 

 

  • Refugee
    • All Access points refer to Refugee Application Process
    • For Refugee documentation, forward to the Refugee Customer Service Center FSDREFUGEE@ip.sp.mo.gov.
    • Authorized Representatives, such as Local Resettlement Agencies, can call 816-889-2267 to complete processing on behalf of their Refugee clients.
      • This number should NOT be given out to clients now that Statewide Lobby has been set up to assist Refugee participants.
