1. Click on ‘IM Resources ” in the top left of your screen to return to the keyword search at anytime. 
2. Filter your search using the following options. The more options you choose, the more you’ll drill down your search:

• Select the Task you want to filter by: Use this filter to drill down what displays based on the task you are doing For example, if you are completing an interview or processing an application, choose Interivew/App Process
• Select the Programs Associated with your work: This one is very important so you only see the information that applies to what you are working on. 
• Search: This is the keyword search. Try to search for a word or phase. Try searching by screen name, or evidence type based on what you are working on.
