Search for Notices on an Integrated Case

Notices sent to the individual can be viewed from the HoH Person page. Notices can include requests for information, forms sent to the customer for signature or completion, or notification of the case status.

Your browser may ask you to confirm to Save or Open document. You may have to click Save/Open/OK multiple time to view the PDF document.

TO SEARCH FOR NOTICES IN AN IC:

    1. Navigate to the Integrate Case page > Contact sub-tab > Communications folder
    2. Select the appropriate member from the Regarding Case Member drop down box or just choose All
    3. toggle Toggle to expand the appropriate Notice and view details
    4. Click View Notice hyperlink to view the actual notice sent to the participant

NOTE: Most notices appear under the Primary Client
