Entering the Interrupted or Incomplete Controlled Flow (FMRA)

When a user interrupts (leaves) the application controlled flow, the application remains in the controlled flow and may be resumed at any time at the screen where the flow was interrupted.

Fastpathing to any screen in FAMIS or pressing the Pause/Break or Esc keys interrupt the controlled flow.

Access all applications in the controlled flow on Interrupted/Incomplete Controlled Flow CONFLOWS/FMRA.

To enter an interrupted controlled flow:

FASTPATH INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Type CONFLOWS or FMRA on the command line and press CTRL.

Step 2

All EUs in the controlled flow in the user’s primary or secondary caseloads appear.

Use the fields at the top of the screen to find applications:

    • by SCN, enter the SCN in the SCN field and press CTRL
    • by DCN, enter the 10-digit DCN in the DCN field and press CTRL
    • by User ID, enter a User ID in the User ID field and press CTRL
    • by Caseload enter a FAMIS caseload number in the Caseload field and press CTRL

FAMIS displays the DCN, Head of EU Name, SCN, Tran ID, User ID, FAMIS Load, and Interrupted Date.

Step 3

Locate the application, type an “S” in the S field by it and press CTRL. FAMIS takes the user to the screen where the controlled flow was interrupted.

    • Type FMPX and press CTRL
      The FAMIS Main Menu screen FMPX displays
    • Type 1 and press CTRL
      The FAMIS Functions Menu screen (FM71) displays
    • Type 3 and press CTRL
      The Interrupted/Incomplete Controlled Flows screen (FMRA) displays
