The Customer Relations Unit then forwards the BCCCT case to the office serving the applicant’s county of residence. When a BCCT application is received at the local FSD office, explore possible eligibility for other categories, but do not delay the BCCT approval. Full MO HealthNet coverage is provided under this program.
