Individuals, ages 16 -59, who are job ready and not exempt, are registered for work SkillUP offers offers training, education and job search help |
ABAWD (ABLE BODIED ADULTS WITHOUT DEPENDENTS) AKA WORK REQUIREMENT |
Individuals, ages 18-52, who are not exempt, must train, work or volunteer 80 hours a month |
RESOURCES |
$3000 maximum; or $4500 if an household member is age 60 or older or meets the SNAP definition of disabled |
GROSS INCOME LIMITS |
To be eligible the household’s gross income must be less than the allowable limit. Some households are not subject to this limit |
NET INCOME LIMITS |
To be eligible the household’s net income must be less than the allowable limit. Some categorically eligible households are not subject to this limit Net income is used to determine benefit amount |
