NOTE: If the 2nd or 3rd Quarterly Income Evidence exceeds 201% FPL, the system will give you the following message:
NOTE: If this is received do the following:
-
- The current income evidence must be ended for any TMH earner;
- Use an average of the 3 months of reported income from the TMH quarterly report for each earner for the new budget, by using the Creating Actual Income On an Integrated Case; and
- Follow the Income verification procedures. If the income is truly above 201% TMH will close. If the income is below 201% then the TMH HH will remain on TMH.
NOTE: You must update and verify the income evidence before authorizing changes
NOTE: MEDES may generate an additional proposed determination, especially in cases with income changes, adding a person, or removing a person. If the system generated an additional proposed determination, you must run the Finalize Proposed Determination again
