Edit ID Details Evidence Type Social Security Number from Integrated Case

This guide is to be used to edit ID Details Evidence with Type Social Security Number on the Integrated Case when verified with 90 Day Reasonable Opportunity verification

NOTE: If this evidence has been Applied or is Active, you cannot discard the evidence. You must edit the ID Details SSN from the Person Page.

TO EDIT ID DETAILS EVIDENCE TYPE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER FROM AN INTEGRATED CASE

    1. From the Person Page > Evidence sub-tab > Evidence folder test
      1. Locate the Evidence Type Identifications with Description Social Security Number
      2. Click the List Action menu
      3. Click Edit
      4. In the Edit Identifications pop up box, in the ID Reference field type the correct Social Security Number
      5. Click Save
      6. Proceed to Step 2
    2. From the Integrated Case > Evidence sub-tab > Incoming Evidence folder
      1. Locate the Type ID Details > Description SSN
      2. Click the List Action menu
      3. Click Compare
      4. Ensure the correct SSN displays in the Incoming field. NOTE: If the SSN that displays in the Incoming field is incorrect, proceed to Step 1 and reenter the SSN.
      5. Click Accept
      6. In the Accept Evidence pop up box, click Yes
      7. Proceed to Step 3
    3. From the Integrated Case > Evidence sub-tab > Dashboard folder
      1. Click the ID Details hyperlink
      2. Toggle open the SSN Evidence for the participant whose SSN is being edited
      3. Click the List Actions menu
      4. Click Continue Editing
      5. In the SSN Status field, click the drop down and select the blank field NOTE: The status of Applied For must be removed. This is being accomplished in step e above
      6. Click Save. NOTE: If you receive an error, please submit a Sales Force ticket
    1. Verify Outstanding Evidence
      1. Apply Changes, Check Proposed Determinations, Finalize Proposed Determinations
      2. Enter Note on Head-of-Household Person Page > Client Contact sub-tab > Notes Folder
        1. State names of all Participants for whom Social Security Numbers were added or updated
        2. Any coverage changes
