Search for an Integrated Case
The Integrated Case (IC) is the container or shell for managing all benefits that a household receives, similar to the “Supercase” in FAMIS. Integrated Cases are created when the application is authorized for either approval or denial. All information (evidence) is submitted in the application and gathered while processing the Application Case and then moved to the Integrated Case. From the Integrated Case, Product Delivery Cases are generated
(e.g., “MO Health Net for Families”, or “MO Health Net for Kids”.)
In MEDES, MO HealthNet for Kids = CHIP eligibility; MO HealthNet for Families =any Non-CHIP eligibility.
