Search for Evidence on an Integrated Case
The integrated case Evidence sub-tab shows a list of evidence for the case. Evidence affects eligibility determinations. Once evidence is verified or changed in an Integrated Case, the changes are automatically applied to the Product Delivery Case.
TO SEARCH FOR EVIDENCE ON AN INTEGRATED CASE:

- Navigate to Integrated Case > Evidence sub-tab
- Choose the desired folder, as appropriate. Each folder contains the following:
- Dashboard: All active evidence is categorized by type and displayed as a hyperlink. Once a type of evidence is selected,
Toggle open to expand the desired evidence to view details and/or corrections. Use the List Actions
menu to edit or delete evidence.
- Active Evidence: Full list of each individual piece of active evidence.
Toggle open a specific piece of evidence to view details and locate the List Actions
menu to edit or delete.
- In Edit Evidence: Evidence gathered after the IC was created which has not yet been applied.
- Verifications: Choose between Outstanding (unverified) evidence, or All Evidence to view how each item was verified.
- Issues: Choose Open Issues to be resolved or Closed Issues.
- Incoming Evidence: Evidence received electronically through outside sources, such as the Federal HUB, which has not been resolved. Choose to view Identical (matches existing evidence) or Non-Identical evidence.

The Evidence Dashboard provides a quick way to view information used to determine benefits and create PDCs. This is a great place to see a summary of evidence on the case.
- Evidence highlighted in Blue has been used in the eligibility determination
- Evidence in Black has not been used in the eligibility determination
- Evidence marked with a Purple square mean it is In Edit an needs to be applied
- Evidence marked with Green triangle mean verification is needed.
- Evidence marked with a Red circle mean there is some sort of issue with the evidence.
NOTE: Sometimes the Red items can help you determine why you have unhandled server errors.
