Search for a Product Delivery Case
The Product Delivery Case (PDC) is specific to the benefits authorized, including MO HealthNet for Families or MO HealthNet for Kids (CHIP). MEDES creates a PDC from information drawn from the Integrated Case when an application is authorized, and assigns it a unique reference number.
The PDC also defines certification periods, members of the assistance group, and is where users can see the reassessment of eligibility due to changes to evidence (income, employment, disability, etc.), and other household changes (such as a new family member).
TO SEARCH FOR A PDC:

- Navigate to the Person page >Information sub-tab> Cases folder;
OR
Navigate to the Person page >Home sub-tab> under the Current Cases ribbon.

- Click the Reference number hyperlink.
Because the IC is created first, the PDC typically displays a higher Reference ID#.
