CD1P: Code-1 Plus Address Matching Inquiry Screen
CD1P is used to:
- Obtain the correct zip code
- Verify if an address is valid
- Secure the correct format for the address (e.g. valid abbreviations, P.O. Box Numbers, etc.)
Below are instructions to:
- Verify an address on CD1P
- Locate the correct address when the entered address did not result in a valid address match
To Verify an Address on CD1P |

- Type street address in Primary Addr field
|
Step 4 |
- Type City and State in City, ST field
- Press Ctrl
|
Did address result in a valid address match?
- Yes: Stop Here and use the valid address
- No: Go to the Command Field (middle of screen) to complete the next steps

Step 5 |
- Type zip code
- Press F5=CZ
- This displays cities within the entered zip code
|
Step 6 |
- Type line number corresponding to the appropriate city
- Press F4=SZ
- This displays streets within a city with the correct suffix such as RD, PL, ST, and/or TER
- Press F8=DOWN until you locate the correct street
|
Step 7 |
- Type L(space)the known street name
- Press Ctrl
- This displays versions of the street name
|
Step 8 |
If the house number is needed:
- Type line number corresponding to the street
- Press F4=HS
- This displays the house numbers on a street within the zip code
|
Step 9 |
If the apartment number is needed:
- Press F8=Down to locate the House Range
- Type line number corresponding to the house range
- Press F4=AH
- This displays the apartment number range for this address
