Deleting a Person Mailing Address on ADRES

Step 1

The participant’s Mailing Address and Residential (Supercase) Address appear at the top of ADDRESS RESOLUTION (ADRES/FM1G).

• Type D on the command line
• Press CTRL

Step 2

Yellow message “Please confirm deletion of mailing address (Y/N)” appears.

• Enter Y
• Press CTRL

Step 3

The mailing address is removed and only the Supercase address displays on ADRES.

Note: Removing a person mailing address from ADRES instead of PRSNDTL automatically resolves the Bad Address information showing in the Returned Mail fields.
