SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER

Must provide or apply for a Social Security Number.

CITIZENSHIP

Must be a U.S. citizen or an eligible qualified alien.

RESIDENCE

Must live in Missouri and intend to remain.

INSTITUTIONAL RESIDENCE

Cannot reside in certain public institutions.

PART A MEDICARE

Must be enrolled.

RESOURCES

$9660 – individual
$14470 – married and living together.

ELECTRONIC VERIFICATION OF RESOURCES

Must agree to authorize the State of Missouri to access the electronic asset verification system to verify assets.*

NEED

For QMB, income must be less than or equal to 100% of current poverty level.

For SLMB, income must be less than or equal to 120% or 135% of current poverty level.
