How Do I Know: Determining a Participant’s Mailing Address and Telephone Information

Why This Is Important: This allows you to locate the participant’s mailing address and telephone information. A mailing address is only listed if the participant receives their mail at a location other than where they live or their residential address.

  1. Start on the FAMIS Program Participation screen by using FAMISPAR or FM0D.
  2. Tab down to select the Eligibility Unit by typing an S in the “Sel” field.
  3. Press the F18=SCEUPAR key to access the Supercase/Eligibility Unit screen.

This displays the Supercase/Eligibility Unit screen for the individual you selected at the FAMISPAR screen. You may review the current address for this Supercase.

  1. Type the fastpath PRSNDTL on the command line.
  2. Press the Ctrl key to go to the Person Detail screen.

NOTE: If the participant you selected does not appear on the Person Detail screen, you will receive a message at the bottom of the screen stating “AA059_NI: Enter Required Data”. The DCN field will be highlighted red.

    • Type an = sign in the DCN field and press the F4=PROMPT

You will see a list of the Supercase members at this address.

    • Select the participant by tabbing down and typing an S next to the individual you want in the “Sel” field.
    • Press Ctrl.

You are now on the Person Detail screen. This screen displays:

    • The mailing address of the person you selected (if the mailing address is different from the residential address).
    • The email address with permission to contact.
    • The telephone number(s) of the person you selected with the type of phone and preference for calling.

We selected Nancy Griggs. The Person Detail screen for Nancy displays:

    • The mailing address as 1231 E Elm St, Jefferson City, MO 65101.
    • The email address is NG1234@gmail.com without permission to contact by email.
    • The home phone is 573-314-2324 indicated by an H in the “Type” field and the message phone is 573-314-1234 indicated by an M.
