How Do I Know: Finding a List of Authorized Representatives for a Participant/Applicant

Why This Is Important: This allows you to see the authorized representative information if the participant has authorized an individual to help them with the application/on-going case actions.

  1. From the FAMIS Main Menu screen type the fastpath FAMISPAR or FM0D on the command line.
  2. Press CTRL key
  3. Tab down to either the SSN or DCN fields and enter the appropriate number. If you use the DCN, FAMIS uses a 10-digit number. Add two leading zeros to the 8-digit DCN. Press CTRL.

Select the EU, type SELADMAR on the command line and press CTRL.

  1. The EU and DCN fields will be red. Prompt out using =F4 in each field to choose the applicant each time.

  1. The SELADMAR or ADM Authorized Representative screen lists all Authorized Representatives entered in FAMIS for the MHABD program. This screen displays codes for the Representative type, role, and program they are authorized to help with.
  2. To see what each code represents, Select the Authorized Representative and press CTRL.

The MHABD Representative Detail screen displays more specific details regarding the Authorized Representative; including address, and phone number.
