This screen shows Nancy Griggs has $319.00 in her checking account at Bank of America. You will notice this screen contains two different “Begin Date” fields.

    • The “FAMIS Begin Date” in the top portion of the screen shows the date of February 1, 2019. This represents the date the checking account was initially
    • The “Begin Date” column in the lower portion of the screen shows the date of June 10, 2019. This means as of June 10, 2019 the checking account balance for Nancy’s account is $319.00.

The Usage code of “PE” indicates the account is a personal account. The MHABD Excl Rsn field is used to exclude resources for MO HealthNet for Aged, Blind and Disabled programs. The “Y” in the Access field indicates Nancy has access to this account.
