How Do I Know: Accessing a Participant’s Income Information
Why This Is Important: This allows you to access and review information regarding the source and amount of income received by EU members.
- Start on the FAMIS Program Participation screen by using FAMISPAR or FM0D.
- Tab down to select the Eligibility Unit by typing an S in the “Sel” field.
- Type the fastpath SELINC on the command line.
- Press Ctrl.
The Select Income screen below indicates that Tasha Graham has the following types of income:

- EI = Earned Income
- UI = Unearned Income
The sources of earned and unearned income are:

- WA = Wages
- SS = Social Security
- Tab down and type an S in the “Sel” field to the left of the source of income you want to review.
- Press Ctrl.
At the Income screen, you are able to see what income information was used to determine eligibility:

- Income type and source
- If taxes are being withheld for the Ticket to Work Health Assurance program
- Source start date and end date
- Monthly income and budget month
- Type an S in the “Sel” field to the left of the budget month you want to review.
- Press the F6=DETAILS key.
This is the Income Amount screen displaying detailed income information such as:

- Budget month
- Frequency of pay
- Calculation method used
- Hourly employment
- Rate of pay
- Check information like: Gross amount, hours and dates of check(s), if the check was included in this income and what type of verification was used.
This screen shows Tasha receives $516.00 monthly in earned income. This one source of income is budgeted to determine benefits received by Tasha. If the comment field has a “Y”, you can review the comments made about this income budget.
- Press the F21=RETURN key to return to the Income screen.
- Press the F21=RETURN key to return to the Select Income screen.
- Tab down and type an S in the “Sel” field to the left of the source of income you want to review.
- Press the Ctrl key and repeat the above steps.
