How Do I Know: Reviewing the Participant’s MO HealthNet History

Why This Is Important: This allows you to access and review information on the Medicaid Category History screen. This screen provides a history of the MO HealthNet (Medicaid) program participation of an individual.

  1. Use FAMISPAR or FM0D to locate the individual.
  2. Press F10=CLEAR if another participant appears.
  3. Tab down to either the SSN or DCN fields and enter the appropriate number. If you use the DCN, FAMIS uses a 10-digit number. You will need to add two leading zeros to the 8-digit DCN. Press CTRL.

Or

  1. Select the Eligibility Unit by typing an S in the “Sel” field next to the specific program.
  2. Type the fastpath MEDHIST on the command line.
  3. Press Ctrl.

This is the Medicaid Category History screen.

The screen displays the following:

    • The Supercase number (SCN), the Departmental Client Number (DCN) and the name of the individual
    • The Medicaid Category, ME Code, Begin Date, End Date (when applicable), the date of the eligibility determination, the EU case number and the spend down or Ticket to Work Health Assurance premium amount
