Guide to DISABLED Codes
This is a searchable index for Reason Code and Verification Code options for the DISABLED screen in FAMIS. The most efficient way to use this guide is by searching or sorting. Search using the Search field below on the right or at the top of each column. Sort by clicking on any blue column header. Refresh (F5) the guide when starting a new search/sort to reset it and see all information. If refresh (F5) does not display the complete guide, simply close and reopen it.
Quick Tips:
- Search “mail out” in the What Happens column to quickly find which codes to use when a customer has applied and needs to complete a MRT packet.
- Search “returned” in the What Happens column to quickly find which codes to use when a customer has returned the MRT packet but we are still awaiting a MRT decision.
Note: If you encounter problems using the Program search field, please follow these instructions to adjust the Compatibility View Settings.
