MISSOURI CHILDREN WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES (MOCDD) COVERAGE
The Missouri Children with Developmental Disabilities Info (FMJ8) screen does not appear in the controlled flow. This screen is accessed and updated in maintenance mode.
NOTE: Data entry on the Missouri Children with Developmental Disabilities Info (FMJ8)screen is limited to County Supervision and Central Office staff. Eligibility Specialists will need to follow local established procedures for entry of the appropriate waiver code when the Department of Mental Health determination is received.
- Step 1
- To fastpath to this screen, type FMJ8 or MOCDD on the command line. Go to Step 2.
- In Maintenance, the last Supercase worked with appears. If the case appearing is not the case you wish to update, type or prompt for the Supercase number of the case you wish to review. Type or prompt for the DCN of the individual you wish to review. Press enter.
NOTE: If you prompt for the SCN, there is no link to return you to the Missouri Children with Developmental Disabilities Info screen. Once the desired SCN is displayed, select the SCN and type MOCDD or FMJ8 on the command line.
- Step 2
- On the command line, type “a” to add MOCDD waiver information or type “u” to update information.
- Step 3
- Tab to the MOCDD Waiver (K/B) field. Type or prompt for the appropriate waiver code. This code is provided by Department of Mental Health when we receive notice that the participant is approved for the MOCDD waiver service.
- Step 4
- Tab to the Auth Begin Date field and type the date the participant is eligible for waiver services.
- Step 5
- Press enter. The message “Successfully ADDED” appears.
