Edit Pregnancy Due Date on an Integrated Case

If a change to a pregnancy due date is reported/becomes known to FSD, on an Integrated Case AND pregnancy evidence already exists for that pregnancy then, edit the Pregnancy evidence due date.

 

NOTE: If the existing pregnancy has ended and new pregnancy is being reported refer to the Ending Pregnancy and Adding Pregnancy guides.

TO EDIT PREGNANCY DUE DATE ON AN INTEGRATED CASE

If completing this task as part of a returned IM-1U, or if the case is Under Renewal, you must first follow steps to Begin a Manual Renewal and Complete Manual Renewal.

    1. From the Integrated Case> Evidence sub-tab> Dashboard folder
    2. Click Pregnancy hyperlink
    3. Click Open Toggle participant
    4. Click List Actions menu
    5. Select Edit
    6. Review and update the Received Date if needed:
      • Use the date the pregnancy was reported to FSD.
      • If the pregnancy ended in a month before it was reported, use the date the pregnancy ended.
    7. Update the Due Date
    8. Review and update the Start Date if needed:
      • Use the 1st day of the month the pregnancy was reported.
      • If PQ was requested and eligible, use the 1st day of the PQ month the pregnancy began or the 1st day of the month conceived, whichever is later based on the due date.
    9. Click Save
    10. Verify all Outstanding Evidence
    11. Apply Changes, Check Proposed Determination, Finalize Proposed Determination

NOTE: MEDES may generate an additional proposed determination, especially in cases with income changes, adding a person, or removing a person. If the system generated an additional proposed determination, you must review and Finalize Proposed Determination again.

    1. Make a comment on the HoH Person Page to include:
      1. Updated due date
      2. Any Coverage Changes
    2. Review Notice Queue to make sure appropriate forms generated
      1. IM-80PRE: Generates in the event of coverage closing and not eligible for any other MAGI coverage
      2. IM-80: Generates in the event of coverage changes
      3. IM-33C: Case Action Notice
