Address Change on Integrated Case/(CIC)
When a participant reports a new physical address and they have an Integrated Case. If both the participant’s home and mailing address changed, both addresses must be changed in the system. If only one of the addresses changed, only change that address.
NOTE: Even if the participant has moved out of state, you MUST still change the address(s) in MEDES to the out of state address, which starts the closing process.
