If there are any issues with logging into the ECM, try the instructions below before completing an problem report.
RESET PASSWORD #
Users that are locked out of the ECM or need a password reset will need to follow the same procedures used when you are locked out of the network or your Windows logon:
TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD
- Call the ITSD Help Desk at 1-800-392-8725 outside of Jefferson City or 573-751-3811 within Jefferson City,
OR;
- Access ReACT via the icon on your network/Windows login screen. Your ReACT ID is your RACF user ID used to login to your computer.
