The table below provides details about what types of documents are loaded into some of the most utilized queues in Current.

NL APP MAGI | Applications in which no household members are associated with an existing IC/PDC. FFM, Online, and registered paper applications drop in this queue – highest order of bundling for MAGI |
NL VERIF MAGI | Requested verification on pending applications or actions in MEDES, including pending IM-80s (closings) |
NL CHANGE MAGI | Returned mail and verification received on cases with no pending application or actions, add pregnancy & add newborns are expressed in this queue |
NL RENEWAL MAGI | MAGI annual renewals |
NL INQUIRIES MAGI | Requests from outside agencies and/or contractors (AHS, WIPRO, etc.) |
NL REGISTRATION FAMIS | SNAP applications, TA applications (they can come from paper, web, upload portal, etc.), SNAP applications that are marked Y on expedited questions get expressed – nothing bundles to this queue. |
NL APP SNAP/NON MAGI | Non-MAGI apps, 65+ auto denials get loaded into this queue (unregistered), IM-1MSP applications, IM-1ABDS, SNAP add persons and IM-1MSPs get expressed in this queue. Some Non-MAGI apps (Vendor, SNC, HCB, etc) may be worked by a specific unit. Be sure to forward applications listed in Special Document Handoff Instructions Applications section to the correct unit. |
NL RENEWAL NON MAGI’ | Non-MAGI annual renewals |
NL VERIF FAMIS | Requested verification on pending cases in FAMIS (highest bundling with Due Today) |
NL DUE TODAY | Verifications that have been received get re-loaded into this queue 5 days before the FA-325 is due or application is due. They get loaded as expressed on the Date Due if not completed. Everything bundles up to NL DUE TODAY FAMIS. |
NL CHANGE FAMIS | Any documentation that comes in on an active case with no pending application or action – change reports, unrequested verification, etc., IM-1ABDS on active non-MAGI cases (could be add person changes, could be reporting SS/SSI or disability changes) – This is the 2nd highest bundling queue, everything will bundle up to Changes. |
NL MID CERT | SNAP mid-certification reviews FA546 – 5th order of bundling in FAMIS |
NL RECERT SNAP/NON MAGI | SNAP elderly & disabled waivers get loaded into this queue after they are registered in the NL REGISTRATION FAMIS queue. When they are registered, anything coded Y needs an interview on FSINTRVW gets loaded into the dialer, N gets loaded in this queue – 3rd highest bundling for FAMIS |
NL APP TA | After TA applications are registered in the NL REGISTRATION FAMIS queue, they load into this queue – 4th highest bundling for FAMIS |
NL RECERT TA | Annual reviews on TA cases |
NL MWA/CS18WR/EMH | Notices for TA cases – MWA sanctions, children turning 18, CS sanctions, etc. – these will bundle up to other queues |
