Guidance #
- If a document is incorrectly indexed in the ECM, it will not load into the correct tasking queue in Current™.

- EXP: Participant uploads paystubs as an application. This is a budget adjustment but because it was indexed as an application, a registration task was incorrectly created instead.

- The document indexing needs to be corrected in the ECM and the Current™ task needs to be re-loaded correctly and either worked or re-queued.

- Tasks are NOT to be marked NO CONTACT, refer to page 4 on the MO Current™ Outcomes Aid for instructions on deleting/adding the correct task type.
- Refer to the Current Queue Descriptions – IM Resources (mo.gov) for help distinguishing what queue the tasks need to be reloaded as.

- As staff should be working the case and not the task, it is expected that staff complete all tasks linked to the case regardless of the Queue, granted they are skilled to do so.

Correcting a Task in Current #
When staff pick up a task in Current™ that is not in the correct Queue follow the below steps:
If staff are NOT trained to work the provided document: #

- Delete the incorrect task:

- Click the 3 dots at the end of the task
- Click Delete from the submenu

- Add the correct task:
-
- Click Add.
- Select the Activity and Program for the new task.
- Update the Received Date to the original task date.
- Click Submit.

- Re-Queue the task:
-
- Select Re-Queue on the top right-hand corner.
- The Done button will change to Re-Queue if not skilled for the new task.

- Create an ECM ticket to have the document indexed correctly.
- Delete the incorrect task:
If staff ARE trained to work the provided document: #

- Delete the incorrect task:

- Click the 3 dots at the end of the task
- Click Delete from the sub-menu

- Add the correct task:

- Click Add.
- Select the Activity and Program for the new task.
- Update the Received Date to the original task date.
- Click Submit.

- Work the task:
-
- Add the appropriate outcome.
- Click Done.

- Create an ECM ticket to have the document indexed correctly.
