Guidance #

Question 1: Are you unable to register the application in FAMIS or the application was registered in error?

• • If Yes, see Unable to Register Application in FAMIS
  • If No, continue to question 2

Question 2: Do you need to reject an Add-A-Person?

• • If Yes: see Withdraw an Add-A-Person Application
  • If No, continue to question 3

Question 3: Do you need to reject or close a FAMIS Non-MAGI case because the participant is requesting a rejection letter to provide to a medical facility?

• • If Yes: see Rejecting or Closing FAMIS MHABD Cases for a Denial Notice
  • If No, continue to question 4

Question 4: Do you need to reject an application in FAMIS?

• • If Yes: see Worker Initiated Rejection to reject an application during, at the end, or after completing the controlled flow as well as for the first month only for SNAP
  • If No, continue to question 5

Question 5: Do you need to (voluntary/worker initiated) close a case in FAMIS?
